The new office holders were elected at the General Assembly of the Huntly Probus Club.
The club, which had also agreed that it would continue to meet at Huntley Golf Club, elected Lindsay Taylor as President.
She will take over the role from the outgoing President, Derek Alexander.
The Vice-Chairman is Ian Rainey, the Treasurer is still Jacqueline Smith, the Secretary is Colin Mumford, the Auditor is Eoin Mearns and Michael and Walter White will remain on the Committee.
The Golf Club will host meetings every second Tuesday until at least May, when it will be determined if a change of day or venue is required.
The next Probus Club meeting will welcome Gordon Casely, who will be giving a talk on the sacred island of St. Columba. The meeting will start at 10am at Huntly Golf Club.
