“That letter of suspension is back to sender”, Yomi Fabiyi blast TAMPAN over his suspension


Controversial Nollywood actor, Yomi Fabiyi has taken to his social media page to rant as he continues to blast TAMPAN over his suspension.

Following the release of his controversial movie, Oko Iyabo,The Theatre and Movie Practitioners Association of Nigeria TAMPAN had issued a press release where the actor was summoned to the body.

TAMPAN took to his Instagram page to reveal the outcome of the meeting as the body stated that the actor has been suspended indefinitely.

Reacting to it, Yomi stated that he was not a member of the body and at such their suspension of him in Nollywopd is null and void.

In a follow up post to his suspension, Yomi Fabiyi challenged the body to produce his membership form as he revealed that he was cajoled to believe that the summon with the association is for reconciliation.

He also stated that the letter issued to him is “back to sender”, as he disclosed that he belongs to ANTP, an association set up by late Dele Ogunde.

He wrote:

Ask TAMPAN to generate my MEMBERSHIP FORM and post it online for people to see if am there member.

I am not an official MEMBER nor a card carrying member, So are MANY STARS in the industry. That letter of suspension is BACK TO SENDER.

They told me meeting was for RECONCILIATION.

We all originally belong to ANTP and it is time we go renew our membership there. I am sure the spirit of the Ogunde’s will be happier”.
