Gwyneth Paltrow wins her skiing accident trial

Terry Sanderson’s attorney, Robert Sykes, spoke to TMZ about his victory after the conviction.

He said, ‘We wholeheartedly disagree with the outcome and will consider all options going forward…. including a motion to court for a new trial or possible appeal. All those things are on the table.’

In addition, he said, ‘A marathon ski crash test ended yesterday. We are all tired and need rest. Mr Sanderson must rest today.’

He continued, ‘We have many inquiries and requests for opinions, interviews, statements, and the like.’

Meanwhile, this makes it appear that Sanderson is considering several options. It also includes a Motion for New Trial and an appeal to the Utah Supreme Court.

They stated, ‘These options will be thoroughly explored between the solicitors and Terry Sanderson at a later date.’

He concluded the message by saying, ‘We are grateful for the hard and wonderful work done by Judge Holmberg, his staff, and the bailiffs. We also thank the jury for their service.’

More about Gwyneth Paltrow’s crash trial

Gwyneth Paltrow was recently indicted in connection with the 2016 collision in which the retired optometrist was ready to have a jury with a purpose.

Meanwhile, the jury recently found that Sanderson caused the accident at the ski slope and not the other around.

Meanwhile, the actress was awarded $1 in damages, the exact amount she claimed in her suit.

Sanderson snapped at Paltrow while hitting up retirees on the slopes at Deer Valley Resort in Utah back in 2016.

In addition, Sanderson revealed that he had a concussion and was broken by the accident.

Sanderson went on to $3 million in damages, in his initial lawsuits, however, he was only allowed to receive a maximum of $300K.

Paltrow took to Instagram to release a statement through her representatives about her win to her 8.3 million followers.

She said, ‘I felt that giving in to your false claim compromised my integrity.’

Afterwards, she expressed her gratitude to the judge and jury for their work.

Additionally, Paltrow left court after touching Sanderson’s shoulder and telling him, ‘I wish you the best of luck.’

He went on to respond with, ‘Thank you, dear.’
