Stem & Glory have launched a mass campaign for their first recipe book.
The Cambridge Restaurant Business has raised over £3,500 to meet its £5,000 target to date.
Titled Gloriously Plant-Based, it contains some of the best-selling recipes of the past five years.

Donate £23 or more and you’ll get a hard copy of the book, while £40 or more will get two books and £85 or more is enough for a book and a three-course meal for two.
The book contains five sections – Appetizers, Dips, Main Courses, Desserts, Cakes, Marinades, Ferments and Sides, with recipes exactly as used in Stem & Glory restaurants.
