Inverurie – Easter Dinner is held in the Gospel Hall on Friday, March 24th from 6:30pm to 8:30pm.

Everyone is welcome to a free Easter-themed meal with DIY and quiz, along with a seasonal flip – to attend call 07808 472841.

Clat – The Clatt Old Kirk Spring Tea takes place at Clatt Village Hall on Saturday, March 18th from 1pm-3pm.

Afternoon tea is £4 per person.

Torv – Are we close from there? – Bruce Keith spoke about Scottish landmarks at Town Hall on Wednesday 22nd March at 2pm. The price is £5 including refreshments.

Which color – Elon II’s mentors are hosting a coffee night on Tuesday, March 21, to raise funds for their unit.

The coffee evening will start at 6:30pm and end by 8pm.

There will also be kiosks with some baked goods and items for sale by donation at the door to enter.

Kamnai – Kemnay Movie Night returns on Saturday 18th March at Kemnay Village Hall where there will be a screening of The Banshees of Inisherin (15) at 7.30pm – entry is by donation.

Torv – The Turriff and District Gardening Club’s annual general meeting takes place on Wednesday, 22nd March at 2.30pm at St Andrew’s Church Hall with a talk by Ruth Wardle in the gardens at Castle Fraser.

New monastery Come to New Deer Public Hall next Friday, March 24th to watch I Wanna Dance with Somebody (12A).

Bring your own bottle, appetizers, soda, and ice cream with tickets available from Webster’s Pharmacy New Deer and Food For Thought Deli.

Udney – This 1st Boy Boy Brigade’s annual Pancake Morning is held Saturday mornings from 10 a.m. to noon at Udny Green Hall.

Torv – Turriff Playgroup will be holding a fundraising coffee morning at the Legion on Saturday 18th March from 10am to noon – adults £2.50 / children £1.

Glendronach – Glendronach Distillery is hosting an Open Day on Saturday 18th March in aid of Alzheimer’s Disease in Scotland from 10.30am to 4.30pm.

Tours operate from 10:30 to 3 p.m. with refreshments, airline mugs and luxury items provided.

Bartholomew’s Chapel – The Kirk is due to close in June and a meeting is scheduled for 20 March at 7.30pm in the Kirk to help decide the future of the building to which we are all welcome.

Monimsk – The next film shown is Living (12) starring Bill Nighy at the Village Hall – doors open at 7pm with the film at 7.30pm.

Inverurie – The Inverurie Choral Society is hosting a Come and Sing workshop at the Acorn Center on Saturday, March 18th from 10am-5:30pm.

Tickets £17 with public viewing at 4pm.

Inverurie – West Church Hall hosts Spring Afternoon Tea from 2pm-4pm – £4 adult / £2 child.

Aberdeen – Comic Con North East takes place Saturday (Sold Out) and Sunday at P&J Live – tickets still available from https://www.comicconscotlandnortheast.co.uk/
