“My conversion was ordained by God”, Gospel Singer, Chidinma Ekile says



Newly converted Nigeria gospel singer, Chidinma Ekile has open up on her decision to leave secular music.

The Singer staed that her decision to leave the secular world was ordained by God.

Recall, that Chidinma had broken the internet when she announced her departure from secular music. The singer via a post she shared on her Instagram to mark her birthday revealed that she wants to be addressed as Ministry Chidinma as she makes her transist into the Gospel world.



She said:

“Well, it has been ordained. It was actually a prophecy, so I was going to get there anyway. Though there was a time I wasn’t sure eventually I knew I was going to get there and what’s the better time than now?”.

The sensational singer while addressing  her fans told them to watch out for the move of God  in her music career and also in her songs.

“Fans should expect the move of God. Yes, I’m going to do the music but most importantly, I’m here because of God. So, I expect the move of God and expect to be blessed”.

“The journey so far has been quite challenging. I’ve had to go through a whole lot of submission, prayer, and spending time with God. Prior to that, we all know how it has been before, and as I said, it is God who ordained that I’ll be a minister of the Gospel and this is just the right time for me to step into it”.

“So the journey has kind of prepared me for this season, for this particular time. So, I’m here to do God’s work”.

Since quitting secular music, Chidinma has gone in to produce her first track, “Jehovah Overdo” which has received thousand of streams since it’s released.
