Nigeria television personality, Stephanie Coker has commented on the collapsed Ikoyi building.
The TV host called for more values to be placed on citizens life in Nigeria.
She noted how Nigerians are living haphazardly and ate being subjected to several emotional trauma.
She stated that many citizens have to daily pray about everything because of the low minimum standard of living.
She added that it’s not normal for a trailer to fall on cats, neither is it normal for buildings to collapse.
She disclosed how hard it is for her to sleep because of the incident. She stayed awake thinking of the lives that were trapped in the building.
“We are living haphazardly I Nigeria and subjected to so much emotional trauma.
We have to pray about everything because bate minimum standards are non existent in most sectors in Nigeria. Citizens have become desensitized to some of the most horrific accidents. It’s not normal for a trailer to fall on a car, it is not normal for a building to collapse.
I couldn’t even sleep last night just thinking about the human beings trapped in Ikoyi.
There needs to be more value placed on ALL human life in Nigeria”.
