Matt Damon ends his years-long feud with Jimmy Kimmel

Matt Damon broke his silence over his tongue-in-cheek ‘feud’ with Jimmy Kimmel during an interview with ET’s Kevin Frazier.

Additionally, Damon discussed his heated rivalry with the late-night talk show host on the red carpet for his upcoming film Air. The event was held at the Regency Village Theater in West Hollywood.

Furthermore, Damon lambasted Kimmel when the interviewer asked him if he would bury the hatchet between him and Kimmel.

He responded by saying, ‘No, no, it’s a hole. Why would I ever do that?’

Furthermore, he continued, ‘He is a terrible person. He is clearly a bad man.’

Damon then proceeded to call back to Cimmel when he saw him a few behind him on the red carpet.

He yelled, ‘Hey! I would have loved to take a picture with you but we ran out!’

For the uninitiated, Damon was joking about Kimmel’s current prank where he apologizes to the 52-year-old actor for running out of time at the end of the episode.

He said, ‘I can’t imagine it happening. I simply cannot. Ben Affleck will probably be there tomorrow, so it will be as close as we can get.’

Kimmel began apologizing to the 52-year-old actor for running out of time at the end of each episode of his late-night show Jimmy Kimmel Live!

On the other hand, Damon appeared in a spoof video with Kimmel’s then-girlfriend Sarah Silverman in 2008. The music video was called I’m F***ing Matt Damon.
