Three Palestinians were shot and wounded by Israeli gunmen during clashes with Israeli forces during a raid in the town of Qabatiya, south of the West Bank city of Jenin, the official WAFA news agency said.

Security sources told WAFA that Israeli forces raided the Palestinian town and broke into the house of ex-prisoner Yousef Nazzal, in an attempt to detain his brother, Mu’tassem, who was not at home.

Nazzal was held by Israeli soldiers for hours before his brother was arrested.

Medical sources said that three youths were injured by live bullets and the three casualties were shifted to nearby hospitals.
