The 41-year-old was also convicted of sexually assaulting a girl.
The charges spanned between 2010 and 2018.
McCoy was initially in the dock for the trial at Glasgow High Court, but went AWOL last Friday as it entered its final stages.

He was not present when jurors returned guilty verdicts on four counts on Tuesday this week. A warrant was issued for his arrest.
