Gail’s app to turn it into a bakery says “minor” changes are needed to the storefront.

The company, which opened its first bakery in London in 2005, already has a shop in Grafton Center and another in Cambridge station.

His planning documents say: “Most of the alterations to the storefront involve improving the existing facade, including retaining and where necessary improving the facade, timber door frames and mirror panels.

There will be minor modifications to the appearance of the storefront including repainting of window frames and the use of red Gale tape for windows, which will be reversible.

“The new signage will likewise be small in size and limited.”
