We previously reported that players from the club’s 1997/98 season will be remembered and celebrated at a special memorial event at the city’s SEC Armadillo on May 12th.
It was one of the best seasons under the late Wim Jansen and led to the Boys winning the title and stopping the Rangers’ 10-game winning streak.
Now, 25 years later, the team will take fans behind the scenes of the historic achievement.
It has now been confirmed that former striker Sutton, who played for Celtic from 2000 to 2006, will captain the event.
Sutton will be interviewing some of the biggest names on the team including the Bratback, Wighurst, McNamara, Ripper, Donnelly, Boyd, Lambert and more to be announced.
