Cambridge United midfielder Louis Simper has joined Wealdstone on loan until the end of the season.
The 21-year-old, who has made 16 appearances for the U’s this season, was due to spend the rest of the season at Woking after joining League One on loan last month.
However, having struggled to force his way into the starting line-up – and sometimes the team of the match – United recalled Simper last week from his stint at Kingfield.
But now he’s back at Wealdstone, which is eighth in the National League table.
Wealdstone are currently without midfielders Ashley Charles and Alex Dyer due to international call-ups, meaning Simper could be in line to make his debut for the club during Saturday’s home game against Barnet.
