The superstar is expected to perform his latest album, Vandals, at the famous racetrack on July 15.
The album, released last week, delves into his roots, talking about his relationship with Scotland, working-class life and his coming of age.
Scotland has several sold out gigs for the year including a Summer Nights show at the Kelvingrove Bandstand.
Ashley Moon, managing director of Hamilton Park Racecourse, said: “Our family-themed racing events are growing in popularity every year, with our July evenings being one of our highlights.
“To be able to welcome Callum at a time when there is such a huge demand is a real coup for the racetrack.”
