Nollywood embattled actor, Olanrewaju Omiyinka a.k.a. Baba Ijesha had a resume sitting for his case with comedian, Princess where he was accused of defiling the comedian’s minor foster daughter.
The resume sitting was held on Tuesday, September 28 at the Special Offenses Court in Ikeja, where evidence was laid against him.
In the report presented to the court, the actor was found guilty to have defiled the minor twice.
According to Mrs Ajayi Kayode, Director of CeCe Yara Foundation who was referred to by the Special Criminal Investigation Department (SCID) of the Lagos State Police Command, Nigeria Police Force Forensic Investigation, the actor inserted a key into the private part of the minor.
Mrs Kayode who also doubles as a child forensic interview expert, narrated how the actor groomed his victim before defiling her.
She was joined by Mrs Olayinka Adeyemi, Lagos State Director of Public Persecution DPP, as she said the victim was relaxed, cooperative, and could recall events when interviewed.
Justice Oluwatoyin adjourned the trial to October 20 and 21 for further hearing.
