At 30, I was deadly broke and living with my mom – Iroko TV Boss, Jason Njoku writes on the pressure mounted on under 30s to succeed


Iroko TV boss, Jason Njoku has touched on a sensitive subject facing many youths in their 20s.

The CEO has spoken out on the high pressure mounted on youths under their 30s to succeed at all costs.

According to him, he faced similar situation when he was 30 as he was extremely broke and still living with his mum at such age.

He revealed that he had zero assets and no girlfriend at that time and the only thing he had was his 2nd hand desktop and Iroko TV which had failed him multiple times.

He noted at the amount of pressure many face which leads them to seek success before they clock 30. He also noted at how they feel like a failure when they are unable to achieve this.

The pressure for <30 years to succeed these days is strange. So unnecessary. At 30 I was dead broke living at my Mum’s house. No girlfriend & zero assets. Just me my 2nd hand desktop & @irokotv 10 failures to my name but man do I enjoy those early years in the world. Enjoy sha”.
