Storey told officers he sent the photos—even after she was told the girl was a minor—because he was “drunk and disoriented.”
Sentencing has been delayed in order to produce the Criminal Justice Social Work Report and assess the restraining order until April 24, and Storey — who pleaded guilty to all three counts — was subject to the notification requirements of the Sexual Offenses Act.
